I’m never one to get offended at wrestling, in fact, I am often the one who rolls his eyes when I see writers getting up on their moral high horse.
But I just tried to watch Impact from last night and I would say ‘offended’ is about as close as I can get to accurately describing my opinion of it.
I am nearly 23 god damn years old. At this stage of my life, I think it’s embarrassing to have women on your show exclusively so they can dance like strippers and try to tear each other’s clothes off. It’s just awful.
I’ve been thinking and working on this for a number of weeks, glad to finally have it done. Please read, share, send to a friend if you like.
Th3rd “Aries:Final Destination” (by TheMVZVideoVault)
Yes, the legendary Th3rd returns with a look at Austin Aries’ ascension to the TNA World Heavyweight Title.
Dixie Carter just announced that January’s ‘Genesis’, March’s ‘Lockdown’, June’s ‘Slammiversary’ and October’s ‘Bound for Glory’ will be the company’s only live PPVs in 2013.
The other months will have taped “one night only” specials such as the upcoming X-Division only show that is being taped on Saturday. These will not be live and will occur on the first Friday of every month.
There is no word on pricing, but it certainly seems that these other shows wont be the same cost as the live PPVs. Plus, these shows have a weird “non-canon” feel to them in terms of how they relate to the TV show and other PPVs.
I think this is a great move for them - makes BFG and the others feel special.
LOL, someone REAL mad.
