Low Ki becomes the first Ring of Honor World Champion: July 27, 2002
The World Warrior won a four-way, 60-minute iron man match over Christopher Daniels, Doug Williams and “Spanky” Brian Kendrick. He’d hold the belt until dropping it in a September 21, 2002, match with Xavier.

This month sees the second ever “Not in Your Wildest Dreams” match in PWG as Pac, El Generico and Masato Yoshino take on Super Dragon, Kevin Steen and Akira Tozawa in a once in a lifetime six-man tag team match of insanity! The first match of this kind took place in 2009 at “Guerre Sans Frontiere” when The Motor City Machine Guns and CIMA took on The Young Bucks and Brian Kendrick in a jaw-dropping bout. The show also featured stellar bouts such as Generico vs. Shingo, and Bryan Danielson’s last PWG match before heading to WWE where he would ultimately win the World title.

Order the 2009 event on DVD here.
